| Here are some pointers to help you select your Advisors |
| 1. |
The Advisor is anyone who has potential for personal growth. |
| 2. |
He/She should be someone who is interested in the development of others (especially young people). |
| 3. |
He/She should have good knowledge of his/her specific field or job. |
| 4. |
He/She should be able to communicated effectively. |
| 5. |
The Advisor who is selected should have the support of his/her supervisor. |
